Vegan Update
The month long vegan challenge began on Sunday morning so of course I woke up craving bacon and eggs. With cheese. Instead I had muesli with orange juice.
I have also been eating lots of cherry tomatoes, carrots and I made Mushroom And Asparagus Risotto. I even made Chilli Non Carne last night and it is awesome!
I did die a little bit today though when I discovered that my favourite beer (the only one I ever drink) is not vegan. Shattered.
Food I am really missing:
- cheese
- the crackers that we have at work
