This story makes me mad. And now I’ll listen to Down Under all day without once thinking of the Kookaburra song, because I never associated one with the other before.

I’ve always wanted to visit Australia, and to answer your question I will be there eventually. I don’t know when, but it will happen. Anyway, which city do you think I should visit when I get there? by mazchiong
The thing with Australia is that we are not that big. Apparently we are as wide as America (which is totally not true).
There are a bunch of cities I recommend on the east coast which includes Melbourne (for the music scene), Sydney (for the sights) and the Gold Coast in Queensland because that’s where all tourists go (but it’s really humid in summer)
I myself have only visited Sydney and while I hated it (Melbournians are supposed to) it wasn’t so bad…
Perth is also a popular tourist stop but entirely not necessary
So in short, come to Melbourne and it’ll be awesome!!! I’ll take you out to see lots of awesome bands!! :D
Well, as long as our new liquor laws don’t shut down all my fave venues :(
never give up cheese
It is time for me to be a grown up and
- wake up more than 15 minutes before I need to leave for work
- start eating breakfast (and a healthy one at that)
- do some kind of exercise daily (most likely crunches and push ups until it is warmer out)
- trrrrrry, if at all possible, to do these exercises BEFORE breakfast time
- start going to bed at a reasonable hour
- start cooking myself dinners that are fresh and not frozen meals from a box
- start cooking myself dinners that do not revolve around cheese (but can be accented with cheese)**
- learn how to not stuff my face constantly
**this is most likely not going to happen because quesadillas (and cheese in general) are a staple of both my life and my roommates life! (plus my mom gave me a George Foreman quesadilla maker for xmas and it is BALLIN’)
I so need to start doing these things…especially the fifth one
